From Start to finish, we can do it all for local clients or out of town investors who do not wish to deal with their property in Ohio or Kentucky. Real Property Management does not operate like much of our competition, we charge a flat 10% based on the gross rents collected and do not charge a "Leasing Fee" or a "placement fee" which is typically equal to a full month's rent for every new resident.
